Abstract: Because of the implementation of rural construction land reclamation is not a long time, and experience is not much, there are still many problems in the executing process of rural construction land reclamation of China, blocked the rural construction land reclamation process. In order to put the rural construction land reclamation implementation of Chongqing into effect smoothly, the paper analyses the problems of rural construction land reclamation implementation of Chongqing City, which based on the analysis of current situation of the implementation of rural construction land reclamation, in the method of literatures summarizing and examples analysis, illustrating with an example of Chongqing. According to the existing problems, some advices and suggestions have been put forward in order to put the rural construction land reclamation implementation of Chongqing into effect smoothly. Some specific suggestions are as follow: enhancing the management of designing; strengthening the coordination between the various authorities; raising awareness of town government; strengthening the management on construction; standardizing supervision units.
