高等植物花色苷生物合成调控的研究进展

Progress of Regulation of Anthocyanin Biosynthesis in Higher Plants

摘要: 高等植物花色苷的合成是一个复杂的过程,受多种因素的影响。本研究系统地从物理因子、化学因子、生物因子等外部因素,及生长发育阶段、植物生长物质等内部因素两方面综述了调控高等植物花色苷生物合成的因素及其机理的研究进展,并分析了各种外、内部作用因子的综合性包括作用的协调性与机理的一致性。最后,提出了高等植物花色苷生物合成调控研究中存在的一些问题,并探讨了利用各种因子人工调控花色苷合成以提高果实营养价值、花卉观赏价值及植物抗逆性。

Abstract: In higher plants, the biosynthesis of anthocyanins is a complicated process, which is influenced by many factors. In this paper, the research advances in the factors, which are divided into the external factors including physical factors, chemical factors and biological factors, and the internal factors including developmental stages and plant growth substances, and their mechanisms of regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in higher plants were systematically summarized,and the comprehensiveness meaning coordinated action and consistent mechanism of these external and internal factors was analyzed. At last, some problems in the research field were put forward,and the utilizations of these factors to artificial regulate the intension of anthocyanin biosynthesis in order to enhance fruits nutrition value, flowers ornamental value and plants stress resistance were discussed.
