摘要: 大豆体细胞胚胎遗传转化体系是提高外源基因遗传稳定性,克服嵌合体的有效途径,因此建立高效稳定的大豆体细胞胚胎组织培养体系并广泛应用于大豆的遗传转化是完善大豆遗传转化研究的重要研究内容。本文从大豆体细胞胚胎再生体系研究和转基因研究方法两个方面阐述了大豆体细胞胚胎再生体系的研究进展,并对影响大豆体细胞胚胎遗传转化的影响因素进行了探讨。

Abstract: The system of soybean somatic embryogenesis genetic transformation is the effective way to improve the genetic stability of exogenous gene and overcome the chimera. Therefore highly efficient and stable soybean somatic embryonic tissue culture system should be established and widely used in the genetic transformation of soybeans, which is the important research content to improve the soybean genetic transformation. This paper described the research progress of soybean somatic embryogenesis regeneration system from the regeneration system of soybean somatic embryos and transgenic research methods ,and then discussed the factors which affecting the genetic transformation of soybean somatic embryogenesis.
