生物质炭对土壤特性及葡萄幼苗植株生长的影响

Effect of Biochar Application on Soil Properties and Grape Seedling Growth

摘要: 试验选择河北省张家口市怀来县中法庄园酿酒葡萄苗圃种植园区,研究施用生物质炭以及生物质炭与木醋液配施对土壤肥力和葡萄幼苗植株生长的影响。结果表明:生物质炭与生物质炭和木醋液配施,显著增加土壤有机质及有效态养分含量,其中有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量分别提高了31.4%~68.4%、27.3%~30.2%、145.5%~192.1%和65.3%~82.5%。施用生物质炭及其与木醋液配施还可促进土壤微生物活性,其中微生物生物量碳显著提高60.5%~89.3%,并且显著降低土壤容重,但施生物质炭对土壤肥力特性的影响与配施木醋液相比有机质含量显著增加,其余有效养分含量无明显差异。同时,施用生物质炭及其配施木醋液显著提高葡萄幼苗植株鲜重、株高、茎直径及叶片叶绿素含量。虽未增加植株总根数及中级根(1.38~2.00 mm)根数,但显著增加粗根(>2.00 mm)根数、细根(<1.38 mm)根数和根容积,且生物质炭和木醋液配施葡萄细根根数比施生物质炭植株提高22.1%。因此,施用生物质炭可明显提高土壤中植物有效态养分的含量,降低容重,改善土壤结构,促进葡萄幼苗植株的营养生长,而且配施木醋液对葡萄的细根发育有明显的刺激作用。生物质炭在葡萄生产中具有一定的生产应用潜力。

Abstract: Field experiments were conducted to understand the effects of biochar and biochar with wood vinegar application to the soil fertility and wine grape growth in the nursery of Sino-French manor in Huailai, HeBei. The results showed that: Biochar and biochar with wood vinegar application to the soil of the nursery increased soil organic matter and the valid nutrient contents. As compared to the control, the contents of the soil organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium increased by 31.4%-68.4%, 27.3%-30.2%, 145.5%-192.1%, 65.3%-82.5%, respectively. Meanwhile, biochar application to soil can stimulate soil microbioal activity, the contents of microbial biomass carbon increased by 60.5%-89.3%, while decreasing soil bulk density. But there was no differents between the biochar treatment and the biochar with wood vinegar treatment,except the soil organic matter was higher in the biochar treatment. Biochar and biochar with wood vinegar application to the soil in nursery, the contents of weights, heights, stem diameters and chorophyll in wine grapes were improved(p<0.05). The number of the total roots and medium level (1.38~2.00 mm) roots didn't change, but the coarse (>2.00 mm) and fine (<1.38 mm) roots number and root volume were increased (P<0.05), the fine roots increased by 22.1% in the soil with biochar and wood vinegar compared to the biochar treatment. Therefore, biochar application can increase the valid nutrient contents, decrease soil bulk density, ameliorate soil structure, promote the grape growth, meanwhile, biochar with wood vinegar application to soil had significant role in stimulating new root growth. Biochar had significant potential as soil conditioner for the grape growth.
