油菜蛋白质组学研究进展

The study of rape proteomics

摘要: 蛋白质是生理功能的执行者,是生命现象的直接体现者,要对生命的复杂活动有全面和深入的认识,就必须进行蛋白质组学方面的研究。菜籽油是我国重要的食用油,随着油菜产业的发展,出现了各种不同的育种要求,为了达到这些目标,需要了解其分子机理,为此要加强油菜蛋白质组学方面的研究。本文综述了油菜蛋白质提取方法及双向电泳条件优化,营养元素、低温、盐等胁迫,不同组织材料的生理生化研究和抗病研究等方面的蛋白质组学研究。发现目前的研究没有紧密联系生产需求,研究不系统,且研究方法相对滞后,需要在今后的研究中加强,以促进油菜产业的发展,保障我国的食用油安全。

Abstract: Protein is the executor of the physiological function, and it is the direct embodiment of the life phenomena. So, the proteomics research must be carry on, when we want to obtain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of complex activities of life. Rapeseed oil is a very important to China, with the development of rape industry, a variety of breeding objectives were needed to be achieved. Then, we should strengthen the rape proteomics research for further understanding of the molecular mechanism. This paper reviewed the study of rape on proteomics research, the study of the rape protein extraction methods and two-dimensional electrophoresis conditions, the study of stress on nutrient, temperature and salt, the study of physiological and biochemical on different rape materials, and the study of disease resistance. Then we found that there have some shortcomings, such as the current study did not linked with production necessaries closely, the current study is not systematic, and the study method is the original. So, the rape proteomics research need to be strengthen to promote the development of rape industry, and then safeguard the oil security of China.
