密集烤房热湿循环利用系统的设计与应用

摘要: 为合理利用密集烘烤过程中产生的余热余湿,设计密集烤房热湿循环利用系统并进行研究应用。结果表明,该系统节能效果明显,节煤幅度达27.86%~28.78%,烘烤成本降低0.59~0.61元/kg,烤后橘黄烟叶、中上等烟比例提高,均价提高 1.6~1.8元/kg;烤后烟叶油分增加、色度增强、挂灰杂色和含青程度减轻;提高总糖、还原糖含量和钾氯比,降低总氮、氯离子含量,主要化学成分趋于协调;提高香气质量、减轻杂气,明显改善感官评吸质量。

Abstract: In order to make reasonable use of the surplus heat in the course of tobacco curing. Design of bulk curing barn thermal recycling system and application research.The results showed, This system energy conservation effect is obvious, coal saving rate of 27.86 ~ 28.78%, reduce the cuing cost 0.59 ~ 0.61 yuan per kilogram tobacco leaves, enhance the proportion of orange leaves,enhance the proportion of superior tobacco and the average price of the cured leaves increased by 1.6~ 1.8yuan/kg;The oil of cured tobacco leaf increased, enhanced color, the flue-cured tobacco leaves with green and dust sticking and variegation were less;Increase the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and k/ c l,reduce the content of total nitrogen and cl-,chemical composition tend to coordinate;Improve the aroma quality, reduce the mixed gas,significantly improve the sensory quality.
