果寡糖添加水平对崂山奶山羊产奶量、乳成分及血清免疫指标的影响

Effects of Different Addition Levels of Fructooligosaccharide on Milk Yield, Milk Ingredient and Immune Indices of Dairy Goat

摘要: 为研究果寡糖对崂山奶山羊产奶量、乳成分及血清免疫指标的影响。试验选用体重为(48.24±3.45) kg,产奶量、产羔日期相近,泌乳初期的初产崂山奶山羊健康母羊16只,随机分成4组,每组4只。对照组饲喂羊场常规饲粮;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,试验组饲粮在常规饲粮基础上分别添加果寡糖(有效含量)10 g/(d·头)、15 g/(d·头)和20 g/(d·头)。试验期共70天,其中预试期14天,正试期56天。结果表明:(1)在整个试验阶段,试验Ⅱ组产奶量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);(2)试验组奶山羊的乳脂率、乳蛋白、非脂乳固体及乳糖含量均有所改善,但差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)试验Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量均有显著提高(P<0.05)。在奶山羊日粮中添加果寡糖可提高产奶量及血清中免疫球蛋白含量,对乳品质作用不明显,添加量以15 g/(d·头)为宜。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Fructooligosaccharide on milk yield, milk ingredient and immune indices in dairy goat, 16 healthy dairy goats in peak milk production with an average weight (48.24±3.45) kg, were randomly allocated to 4 experimental groups with 4 replicates. All treatment groups were fed Fructooligosaccharide in the basal diet composed of 0 g/d(CT), 10 g/d (groupⅠ), 15 g/d (groupⅡ), 20 g/d (groupⅢ) (Effective content). The trial lasted for 70 days, including 14 days of pre-test period and formal trial period 56 days. The results shows that: (1)Compared with control group, groupⅡhad a significant difference in average milk yield gain (P<0.05), (2)There is no significant differences among groups for milk ingredient (P>0.05). (3)The levels of IgA, IgM and IgG in groupⅡand groupⅢhad a significant difference (P<0.05) compare with control group, but differences between them were not significant (P>0.05). The best effect for the milk yield and immune indices of dairy goat was levels of 15 g/d.
