摘要:

为解决中小型养鸡企业中粪污影响鸡健康和污染环境的问题,本试验选用不同菌种组合、垫料组成对鸡粪原位收集发酵效果的对比,研究鸡粪原位收集发酵过程中各项指标的变化情况。结果显示,原位发酵温度的区间在32~60℃。菌可乐组在不同垫料组成的原位收集中表现出发酵效果优于其他菌种组合。固氮效果最好的是A(奋肥菌)试验组。总磷富集程度最好的是C(福农)、E(菌可乐)两组分别达到31.69%和16.09%。总钾富集程度最好的是C(福农)、E(菌可乐)两组分别达到9.88%和12.84%。结果表明在原位收集中菌可乐组总体发酵效果优于其他试验组。

Abstract:

To solve the problem that fecal contamination affects chicken health and contaminates the environment in small and medium-sized chicken enterprises, the study compared the effects of different combinations of bacterial strains and padding material composition on in-situ collection and fermentation of chicken feces, and studied the changes of various indexes during in-situ collection and fermentation of chicken feces. The results showed that the temperature range of in-situ fermentation was 32~60℃. In the in-situ collection of different padding materials, the bacterial cola group showed better fermentation effect than other bacterial combinations. The best effect of nitrogen fixation is A (Ferruginous bacteria) test group. The concentration of total phosphorus in group C (Funong) and Group E (Bacterial cola) reached 31.69% and 16.09%, respectively. C (Funong) and E (Bacterial cola) had the best total potassium enrichment to 9.88% and 12.84%, respectively. In conclusion, the overall fermentation effect of the bacteria cola group is better than that of other experimental groups.
