摘要： 自从城市农业思想起源以来，其概念几经演变。笔者对国内外关于城市农业概念的不同阐释进行了梳理，并结合中国国情，从3个层面对城市农业的概念进行了重新界定。基于当前国内城市农业发展需求及趋势，笔者研究认为中国城市农业的发展定位应立足于微观城市农业的概念，并提出了把城市家庭休闲农业作为中国未来城市农业发展与研究重点的新思路。同时从相关法律法规完善、学科融合、科技发展、市场培育等方面，提出了规范中国城市农业发展的对策建议。

Abstract: The concept of urban agriculture has evolved since its idea was put forward. In this paper, it elaborated the different of urban agriculture at home and abroad, and combined with China national conditions, it redefined the new concept of urban agriculture from three levels. Based on domestic urban agriculture development needs and trends, the author stated that China urban agriculture should be established in micro-urban agriculture idea, and research should focus on urban families’ leisure agriculture. At the same time, the author gave advice on urban agriculture standard from improvement of relevant laws, subject integration, technology development, market development etc.
