剪切盒形状对粮食内摩擦角的影响探究

摘要: 为了探究在保持其他变量相同的情况下,剪切盒形状对粮食内摩擦角的影响,笔者通过利用自行设计的方圆形剪切盒与圆形剪切盒进行对比直剪实验,测定出不同剪切盒形状下粮食物料的内摩擦角。经过试验结果分析对比,得出方圆形剪切盒所测的粮食内摩擦角较大。剪切盒形状对粮食内摩擦角的测试具有一定的影响。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of the shapes of the shear box on the internal friction angle of grain in the case of keeping other variables the same, the author obtained the experiment results of the internal friction angle of grain under different shapes of the shear box by contrasting the self-designed square-circle shape shear box with the circle shape shear box in the direct shear test. After being analyzed and compared, the experiment results demonstrated that the internal friction angle of the grain was bigger under the condition of the square-circle shape shear box. So the shapes of the shear box had a certain influence on the test of the internal friction angle of grain.
