植物体内花青素累积的外源调控机制研究进展

The Research on Regulation Mechanism of Exogenous Accumulation of Anthocyanins in Plants

摘要: 花青素是植物体内中的类黄酮,是一大类次生代谢产物。而影响花青素含量的内在、外在因素有很多。本文的主要研究目的是为了进一步的了解和研究影响花青素含量大小的相关各项因素,举例并具体分析了影响其含量的各个因素。花青素是自然界中一种广泛存在的水溶性天然色素,在现在的生产生活中,其越来越广泛的应用于与人们生活息息相关的食品、农业、医疗等等方面。本文通过对影响花青素的各项重要因素以及其代谢途径、外源调控对其含量影响的大小的归纳和总结,从而使人们对于花青素外源调控有更深入的了解,并为提高花青素的累积提供更好基础,使花青素对于人类生产和生活发挥更有效的作用。

Abstract: Anthocyanin was the flavonoid in plants, there was a large class of secondary metabolites. Internal, external factors influence the anthocyanin content a lot. The main purpose of this paper was to further understanding and related factors of the anthocyanin content size, for example and analyzed the various factors affecting the content of. Anthocyanin was a kind of water soluble natural pigment in nature, in nowadays production and life, it was more and more widely used in the food, agricultural, medical and so on, and it was also closely related to people's life. Based on the effects of anthocyanin that were various important factors and exogenous the metabolism pathway, regulation on the content of the size and summarized, so as to made people had a better understanding of the anthocyanin exogenous regulation, and to provided a better foundation to enhance the accumulation of anthocyanin, made anthocyanin play a more effective role in human life and production.
