高效液相色谱法同时检测蔬菜中7种农药残留方法的分析

Simultaneous Determination for Residues of Seven Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by HPLC with Electron Capture Detector

摘要: 试验建立了同时测定韭菜、大葱中多菌灵、吡虫啉等7种农药残留的液相色谱分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,氨基固相萃取小柱净化,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明:在0.03~4.0 mg/L的范围内,7种农药的线性相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.006~0.05 mg/kg,定量限为0.02~0.10 mg/kg;在0.050、0.10和1.0 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,平均回收率在79%~103%,相对标准偏差为0.70%~6.12%。该方法适用于韭菜、大葱中多菌灵、吡虫啉等7种农药的残留检测。

Abstract: An analytical method for simultaneous determination of carbendazol, imidacloprid and five other pesticide residues in leek and shallot using liquid chromatography with electron capture detector was developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, further cleaned-up on NH2-SPE, and detected by UV-detector. It showed that good linearity was obtained from range 0.03 to 4.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients of seven pesticides all above 0.99. The limits of detection were 0.006-0.05 mg/kg and the limits of quantification were 0.02-0.10 mg/kg. Fortified recoveries at 0.050, 0.10 and 1.0 mg/kg were from range 79% to 103% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) from range 0.70% to 6.12%, respectively. The results showed that the method was suitable for the determination of carbendazol, imidacloprid and five other pesticide residues in leek and shallot.
