13份木薯种质资源多样性分析与系统评价

Diversity Analysis and Evaluation of 13 Cassava Germplasms

摘要: 为选育优良的木薯新品种,对13份优良木薯种质资源的农艺性状进行鉴定,分析其遗传多样性特点。结果表明,13份资源在叶片形状、叶片颜色、叶裂数、叶柄颜色、叶脉颜色、主茎内外皮颜色、幼茎颜色、茎杆生长情况、株型、茎分叉、分枝角度、株高、主茎高度、主茎直径、块根分布、结薯集中度、块根形状、块根内外皮颜色、块根肉质颜色等方面均表现出多样性,且收获指数、淀粉含量、干物质含量等存在较大差异。本研究对13份木薯种质资源进行了系统评价,筛选获得了5个优良新品系,为今后木薯种质资源分类提供了参考。

Abstract: In order to screen out the new cassava cultivars, the paper identified the 13 cassava lines based on the agronomic traits. The results showed that, there were rich diversities among the 13 cassava lines, shown as the shape of leaf, the color of the leaf, the number of lobes, the color of leaf vein, the color of the petiole, the inner and outside skin color of the stem, the color of the young stem, the plant type, the branch, the height, the diameter of the stem, the distribution of tuber, the shape of the tuber, the inner and outside skin color of the tuber, the color of the root, as well as harvest index, the starch and dry matter content of tuber. This work evaluated 13 cassava genotypes systematically, screened out 5 excellent new lines, and provided the reference for the classification of cassava germplasms.
