基于污染损失率法的工业废水污染评价

Pollution Assessment of Industrial Wastewater Based on Pollution Lost Rate Method

摘要: 为准确地估算水污染带来的长期和潜在的经济损失,利用水污染损失率评价方法,对江西省工业废水环境价值损失率及其价值损失量进行计算。结果表明:2008—2011年江西省工业废水造成的水污染经济损失在逐年增加,而2012年污染经济损失率则下降,这表明政府在工业废水的环境治理和保护起到了积极的效果。2008—2012年江西省工业废水造成的水污染平均经济损失量为4.88亿元,占该省GDP的0.042%。

Abstract: To estimate accurately the potential and long-term economic losses by water pollution, the water pollution loss rate and its environmental value of industrial wastewater in Jiangxi province were calculated using the method of water pollution loss rate. The results showed the pollution economic losses caused by industrial wastewater was increased year by year from 2008 to 2011 in Jiangxi province, but the pollution economic loss rate was decreased in 2012, which indicated that the environmental management of industrial wastewater by Jiangxi province government had a positive effect. From 2008 to 2012, the average pollution economic loss caused by industrial wastewater in Jiangxi was 488 million yuan, which accounted for 0.042% of GDP in the province.
