China’s bee products market SCP analysis and early warning

摘要: 〔目的〕为全面掌握蜂产品市场的发展现状,推动蜂产品市场的可持续健康发展,为我国的生态文明建设助一臂之力,〔方法〕笔者利用SCP模型对蜂产品进行市场分析,搜集相关调研数据,对蜂产品的市场结构、行为和绩效进行系统的探讨,并对三者的相关性进行分析,指出蜂产品市场结构和行为方面存在的问题。〔结果〕经分析发现:蜂产品市场结构、行为、绩效三者两两之间的相关程度均较高,相关系数在0.5以上;蜂产品市场集中率较低,产品差异化程度小,进入壁垒较低但退出壁垒较高;蜂产品市场营销手段薄弱,出口蜂蜜的RSCA从1990年的0.86下降为2012年的0.05,新产品研发力度有待加强。〔结论〕因此,应采取有效措施促进蜂产品市场的健康永续发展,结尾从蜂产品原料生产、加工、营销等环节提出了切实可行的预警建议。

Abstract: 〔Objective〕To fully grasp the current development of bee products market, promote the sustainable and healthy development of bee products market, and to help to construct our ecological civilization,〔Method〕the author applies SCP model of industrial organization theory to bee products market and collects relevant research data. Explore the market structure, market behavior and market performance of bee products systematically, empirically analyze the correlation between the three and find out the issues existing in the market structure and market behavior.〔Result〕The analysis shows that a high degree of correlation exists between any two of market structure, market behavior and market performance. The correlation coefficient is above 0.5. Bee products market has low concentration. Bee products differentiation is not obvious. The market has low barriers to entry but high barriers to exit. Bee products marketing is weak and the RSCA of honey exports declines from 0.86 in 1990 to 0.05 in 2012. Research for new products needs to be strengthened.〔Conclusion〕Therefore, effective measures should be taken to prompt healthy and sustainable development of bee products market. The end puts forward practical warning suggestions from raw materials production, products processing, marketing and other aspects.
