Comparative Analysis of Pesticide Maximum Residue Limits in Aquatic Products

摘要: 为进一步完善中国水产品药物残留限量标准体系,提高中国水产品质量安全水平和国际竞争力,笔者收集汇总了国际组织食品法典委员会(CAC)、中国及其主要水产品出口贸易对象(美国、日本、欧盟)对水产品中农药残留限量的标准要求,并进行对比分析。结果表明中国与CAC、主要出口贸易国在水产品中农药残留限量标准方面存在差异,并对中国限量标准存在的主要问题进行分析,提出加强基础研究、完善配套标准和强化动态管理等对策建议。

Abstract: In order to develop Chinese standard system of pesticide residue limits in aquatic products and improve quality, safety and international competitiveness of Chinese aquatic products, the author summarized pesticide maximum residue limits (MRLs) in aquatic products of CAC, China and its main aquatic products trading partners including the USA, Japan and European Union. Through comparative analysis of the pesticide maximum residue limits between China and the main trading partners, discrepancy was found in MRL standards. Main problems exiting in standard system were analyzed, and solutions and suggestions were proposed, including improving matching criteria, strengthening basic research and dynamic management.
