紫茎泽兰用于天麻蜜环菌生产的研究

Application of Eupatorium adenophorum in the Production of Armillaria mellea

摘要: 为了研究紫茎泽兰能否作为生产蜜环菌的木材, 探寻治理紫茎泽兰的经济合理的方法, 笔者选取天麻种植过程中常用木材桤木和青冈栎作为对照, 研究蜜环菌在紫茎泽兰配制的培养基中的生长速度和生长情况。结果显示: 蜜环菌菌索在紫茎泽兰配制的培养基中可以正常萌发, 菌索生长速度较快,分枝多, 活力旺盛, 但其菌索比较细。可得出结论, 蜜环菌可以在紫茎泽兰配制的培养基中生长, 而且生长速度与在青冈栎配制的培养基中生长速度无显著差异。

Abstract: In order to study whether Eupatorium adenophorum could be applied in the production of Armillaria mellea and explore the efficient and reasonable way to control E. adenophorum, Alnus cremastogyne Burk and Fagus sylvatica were used as control nutrition mediums, to study the growth condition of A. mellea in E. adenophorum medium. The results showed that A.mellea could germinate and grow normally in E. adenophorum medium, rhizomorph grew fast with many branches and high vitality, but the rhizomorph was slimsy. A. mellea could grow in E. adenophorum medium, and there was no significant difference in growth rate between E. adenophorum medium and F. sylvatica medium.
