国家级贫困县农民再参加科技培训意愿实证分析

Farmers’ Wish to Attending Scientific and Technical Training Again in State-level Poverty County:Taking Toli County in Xinjiang as an Example

摘要： 为了解农民再参加科技培训意愿的影响因素。采用问卷调查法，有效调查了新疆托里县142位农民。利用SPSS 17.0软件对调查数据进行Logistic回归分析，研究农民再参加意愿的影响因素。结果表明：已参加的培训是否有帮助、求知欲、个人务农收入都是影响农民愿意再参加培训的显著性因素。因此应该选择个人务农收入水平在20000元以上、觉得培训对自己有帮助，求知欲强心理素质好的农民进行再培训为宜。

Abstract: The aim of this study is to understand the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to participate in scientific and technical training again. The data of 142 farmers from Toli, Xinjiang were investigated based on questionnaire survey. Using SPSS 17.0 software, binary logistic regression analysis was performed with the obtained data to study factors influencing farmers’ willingness to participate in the training again. The results showed that having training experience with regard to farmer’s willingness to participate was based mainly on whether there has been training help and the influence of three variables on individual farming income and curiosity. According to the above results,farmers who had the individual farming income in 20000 yuan of above ,and believed that the training was effective should be chosen to take part in the training again, and curiosity was the proper training time.
