景谷县有机烟叶主要化学成分的差异分析

Variation Analysis of Main Chemical Components of Organic Flue-cured Tobacco from Jinggu County

摘要: 以云南普洱景谷2011—2014 年有机烟为材料,分析景谷地区有机烟化学成分的变化规律,旨在为当地有机烟叶生产技术标准的制定提供一定依据。结果表明:(1)景谷地区有机烟叶糖含量普遍较高,但相对稳定;烟碱、总氮、钾离子、氯离子在不同年份间均存在较大的变异。(2)总糖、还原糖、氮碱比在年度间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),钾离子和钾氯比在年度间存在极显著差异(P<0.01),而烟碱、氯离子、糖碱比、两糖差在年度间不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)2012 年有机烟叶化学成分可用性指数(CUI)在4 年中最高,其次是2013 年,2011 和2014 年烟叶可用性相对较差;不同部位有机烟叶CUI 表现为:中部叶>上部叶>下部叶,烟叶CUI 的变异程度以下部叶最大,其次是中部叶,上部叶较为稳定。

Abstract: In order to clarify the changing law of chemical components of organic flue-cured tobacco and provide some references for tobacco production in Jinggu, the chemical components variation trend of Jinggu organic flue-cured tobacco from 2011 to 2014 was analyzed. The results showed that: (1) the contents of total and reducing sugar were generally high and relatively stable; whereas, the contents of nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine varied in different years; (2) the contents of total and reducing sugar, as well as the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine, were significantly different among the years (P<0.05); the ratio of potassium to chlorine were dramatically distinct (P<0.01); nevertheless, there was no significant difference in the contents of nicotine and chlorine, the ratio of total sugar to nicotine and the dissimilarity between total sugar and reducing sugar (P>0.05); (3) the CUI of organic tobacco in 2012 was the highest in the four years, followed by that in 2013, the CUI of most sorts of tobacco in these two years were higher than those of 2011 and 2014, whose availability was relatively poor; the CUI of different parts of organic tobacco leaves was in an order of middle leaves> upper leaves> lower leaves; as for the variance degree of CUI, that of the lower leaves was the largest over the years, followed by that of the middle leaves, and that of the upper leaves was relatively stable.
