红掌育种方法研究进展

Advancement on Breeding Method of Anthurium andraeanum

摘要: 总结了国内外红掌杂交育种、倍性育种、诱变育种和转基因育种的研究进展。提出为进一步推动国内红掌育种工作的开展,加强远缘杂交育种研究、利用分子标记辅助选择提高杂交育种的效率和效果是红掌育种方法研究的重点;突破红掌单倍体诱导技术、弄清主要观赏性状的倍性效应及其机理,是建立综合高效红掌育种技术体系、培育突破性新品种的关键;建立快速高效诱变育种和转基因育种技术体系是红掌育种方法研究的重要方向。

Abstract: This paper summarized the progress on hybridization breeding, haploid and polyploid breeding, mutation breeding and genetic transformation breeding of Anthurium andraeanum at home and abroad. In order to further promote the development of new cultivars in China, we proposed that the emphasis of breeding method study on Anthurium andraeanum was to improve the efficiency and effect of hybridization breeding by using marker-assisted selection and distant hybridization. And understanding of the effect and mechanism of chromosome doubling on breeding objective traits and establishing an effective technical system of haploid induction in vitro were the keys to establish a practical complex breeding technical system and breed elite new cultivars. Furthermore, establishing a fast and efficient mutation breeding and genetic transformation breeding technical system was the important direction of Anthurium andraeanum breeding.
