新疆薰衣草种子最佳浸种方式的筛选

Screening of the Best Lavandula angustifolia‘French Blue’Seed Soaking Way

摘要: 探索用非激素与激素搭配浸种的方式处理新疆薰衣草种子,观察其对种子萌发和幼苗生长是否具更有效的促进作用。采用培养皿发芽法,分别用冷水浸种24 h,30℃恒温水浸种24 h,无水冰醋酸浸种30 min,1%NaOH浸种15 min 4 种非激素浸种处理的方法,及200、300、400、500、600 mg/L这5 个不同浓度的赤霉素浸种处理的方法,以未经浸种处理的新疆薰衣草种子为对照,观察种子的发芽率和幼苗生长情况,再综合2 组数据的结论,以最佳的非激素处理方式作为浸种前预处理,结合最佳浓度的激素浸种,对照仅使用激素处理,未经预处理的薰衣草种子,选出最适合新疆薰衣草种子萌发的浸种方式。结果表明,冷水浸种24 h 的处理对薰衣草种子的发芽率及幼苗生长情况有显著的促进作用(P<0.05),而无水醋酸与1% NaOH对薰衣草种子的萌发具有抑制作用;GA3对薰衣草种子的发芽率及幼苗生长情况有极显著的促进作用(P<0.01),其中GA3浓度为600 mg/L 时促进效果最显著;而在600 mg/L 的GA3浸种前先用冷水进行预处理,在薰衣草种子的发芽率及幼苗生长情况方面均未见显著差异。由此可知,用浸种的方式软化种皮确实对薰衣草种子的发芽率与幼苗生长具有一定的促进作用,但是在激素浸种前无冷水浸种的必要。

Abstract: In this paper,soaking treatment with non-hormone and hormone of Lavandula angustifolia ‘French Blue’ seeds and their effect on seeds germination and seedling growth whether a more effective role in promoting was expored. Using 4 kinds of non-hormonal method, seeds soaked in cold water for 24h, 30℃ constant temperature water for 24h, acetic acid for 30 min, 1% NaOH for 15 min respectively, and 200,300,400,500,600mg/L of GA3 soaking treatment, without soaking seeds as control, observed the seeds germination rate and seedling growth.Then by comparing data of two groups, the best non-hormonal treatment as soaking pretreatment, combined with the optimal hormone concentration soaking without pretreatment, to select the most suitable seeds germination soaking method.The results showed that seeds germination and seedlings growth significantly promoted using cold water for 24h(P<0.05), inhibited using acetic acid and 1% NaOH, promoted significantly using GA3(P<0.01).The best GA3 concentration was 600 mg/L,but we found no significant effection on seed germination and seedling growth with cold water pretreatment before GA3 soaking seeds.So soaking can soften the seed coats to promote seeds germination and seedlings growth, but cold water soaking is not necessary before GA3 soaking.
