珙桐人工繁殖技术研究进展

Research Progress of Artificial Reproduction Techniques of Davidia involucrate

摘要: 珙桐是国家一级重点保护植物,自然繁殖率极低,因此国内外尝试了各种人工繁殖技术,笔者将其进行系统的总结与归纳,为未来珙桐人工繁殖在生产实际应用中提供一些参考;综述了种子繁殖、组织培养、扦插繁殖、嫁接繁殖等国内外主要的珙桐人工繁殖技术,分析了各种技术在不同阶段的关键技术要点和较优方法;通过分析表明各种繁殖技术都有一定的不足之处,组织培养无论从育苗时间、育苗数量、育苗条件、育苗手段、育苗管理等方面都要优于其他繁殖方式。最后提出了未来研究的重点和方向。

Abstract: Davidia involucrate is listed as the first degree national protective plant. As its low rate of natural production, a number of artificial reproduction techniques have been proposed at home and abroad to provide some reference for the artificial reproduction of Davidia involucrate in future. The authors summarized typical artificial reproduction techniques of Davidia involucrate, including the seed reproduction, cutting reproduction, burying reproduction, high pressure seeding reproduction, grafting reproduction and tissue culture and so on, and analyzed the key points and better ways of these techniques in different stages. The comparison indicated that these reproduction techniques had certain inadequacies. Tissue culture was superior to other methods in terms of the time, quantity, condition, means and management of the seedling. Finally, the focus and direction of the future research of Davidia involucrate was put forward.
