花生种质资源在江淮区域农艺性状的评价研究

Evaluation of Agronomic Characters of Peanut Germplasm Resources in Jianghuai Region

摘要: 为了更好发挥花生种质资源在育种工作中的作用,对300份花生种质资源在江淮区域的农艺性状进行数理统计,结合SPSS20.0软件进行相关性与聚类分析。结果表明:供试花生种质8个农艺性状中,有效分枝数与单株结果数极显著正相关;主茎高与单株生产力极显著负相关;主茎高与单株结果数显著负相关。采用Ward法在将供试种质材料划分为三大类群,发现同一类型种质地理来源有不同,同一地理来源种质类型有不同,同一类型或者同一地理来源花生种质亲缘关系非最近。江淮区域花生种质资源农艺性状有遗传变异丰富的特点。本研究结果为江淮区域花生育种工作提供参考。

Abstract: To better use peanut germplasm resources in breeding, data of agronomic characters of 300 peanut germplasm resources in Jianghuai Region were statistically analyzed, and correlation analysis and cluster analysis were conducted with SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that among the 8 agronomic characters, the effective branch number had extremely and significantly positive correlation with the number of pods per plant; main stem height and plant productivity per plant had extremely and significantly negative correlation; main stem height and the number of pods per plant had significantly negative correlation. With the Ward method, the peanut germplasm resources could be clustered into three groups when the square Euclidean distanceD 2 was 4. The same type of peanut germplasm resources had different geographical sources. The same geographical source of peanut germplasm resources had different types. Peanut germplasm resources derived from the same type or the same geographical source had no closest genetic relationship. The agronomic characters of peanut germplasm resources in Jianghuai Region had a rich genetic diversity, and the results could provide reference for peanut breeding.
