三七皂苷时空积累特征的研究进展

Spatio-temporal Accumulation Characteristics of Panax notoginseng Saponins: Research Progress

摘要: 为了明确三七皂苷积累的时空动态特征,总结了三七同一器官在不同生长年限和同一生长年限不同器官的总皂苷含量和皂苷单体的种类和含量的变化、差异规律,并简要归纳了二年生三七根状茎皂苷含量的组织差异和三年生根状茎皂苷含量的月变化属性,指出了三七皂苷积累的时间动态特征主要在于同一器官皂苷的种类及其含量随生长年限而变、皂苷积累的空间动态特征主要在于处于相同生长年限的不同器官的皂苷种类和含量不完全相同。本文可为三七器官采收期的科学确定和三七器官的合理利用提供参考。

Abstract: To clarify the spatio- temporal dynamic characteristics of the saponin accumulation in Panax notoginseng plants, the total saponin contents, the changing of categories and contents of saponin monomers and the difference rules in the same organ in different years and in different organs in the same year were summarized, and the tissue difference of the saponin contents of the two-year-old main roots and the monthchange features of the saponin contents of the three-year-old main roots were also briefly summed up. It was pointed out that the temporal dynamic characteristics of the saponin accumulation of P. notoginseng mainly depended on the categories and contents of saponin in the same organ changing with the growth ages, and the spatial dynamic characteristics of the saponin accumulation were mainly due to the different categories and contents of saponins of different organs at the same growth age. This study could provide a reference for the scientific affirmation of the collection period and the reasonable utilization of P. notoginseng organs.
