内源激素对滇重楼根茎生长发育的影响

Yunnan Paris polyphylla: Effects of Endogenous Hormones on Growth and Development of Root Stem

摘要: 旨在研究内源激素在生长周期对滇重楼根茎生长的调节作用。选取2年生、4年生和6年生的滇重楼带芽块根,通过液质联用方法对不同发育期的滇重楼测定IAA、ABA含量。滇重楼芽和根茎中不同年份的IAA含量变化,在出苗期均达到高值,而在根茎中,萌芽期和生长期则是4年生和6年生与2年生相比显著增加。根茎前端(芽)ABA含量,不同年份都是休眠期最高,而在根茎中端,ABA含量以休眠期2年生最高,生长期则是以4年生和6年生的最高。除出苗期外,不同年份在其余发育期ABA含量差异显著。结合生长素变化,滇重楼从第4或第5年起,进入生长旺盛期;根据日增长率来看,ABA对根茎的膨大有促进作用。

Abstract: Yunnan paris polyphylla growth slowly, it is conducted to study the regulation of the endogenous hormones on growth of Yunnan paris polyphylla. 2 years old and 4 years old and 6 years old of Yunnan paris polyphylla with bud root were collected, the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of IAA and ABA content in different developmental stages of Yunnan paris polyphylla. The change of the content of IAA in different years in Yunnan paris polyphylla rhizome and bud, have reached a high value in the seedling stage, and in the roots, germination and growth period is 4 years old and 6 years old and 2 years old was higher than. The content of ABA in rhizome tip (bud) was highest in different years, while in the middle of rhizome, ABA content was the highest in 2 years, the growth period was the highest in the year of 4 years and the highest in the 6 years. Except for the seedling stage, the ABA content in different developmental stages was significantly different in different years. Auxin binding changes in Yunnan paris polyphylla from fourth or fifth years, growth into Washings; according to daily growth rates, ABA to promote rhizome swelling.
