铁炭微电解材料处理农药污水的研究

Pesticide Sewage Treated by Iron Carbon Microelectrolysis

摘要: 为了制备铁炭微电解材料并优化其处理农药污水的反应条件。笔者制备铁炭微电解材料,选取铁炭质量比、pH值、处理时间进行单因素试验,并以单因素试验为基础,以此3个因素为自变量,以农药污水中COD去除率为响应值,设计3因素3水平的响应面法优化处理条件。结果表明:优化分析得到最佳处理条件为:铁炭质量比(A)为1:1、pH值(B)为3、反应时间(C)为1.5 h,铁炭微电解材料处理农药污水的COD去除率理论值为73.8%,实际值为72.9%,相对标准偏差为0.11%。本处理方法具有操作简便、成本较低、节能高效等优点,是一种较好的农药污水处理方法。

Abstract: Objective: The iron-carbon micro-electrolysis was prepared to treat the pesticide sewage and the process was optimized. Methods: Preparing the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis under condition of different Fe/C mass ratio、pH and the reaction time to perform single factor experiment. On the basis of single-factor test the three factors of Box-Benhnken experimental design was determined to optimize the processing condition. Results: The optimization analysis shown that the optimal process parameters were as follows: the Fe/C mass ratio was 1:1, pH was 3, reaction times was 1.5h the extraction removal rate of COD was 738%,the relative removal rate of COD the relative standard deviation was 0.11%. Conclusion: The iron-carbon micro-electrolysis method is operation,low in cost and energy efficient which is a good method to treat the pesticide sewage.
