预处理对青藏高原不同海拔野生早熟禾种子萌发的影响

Effects of Pretreatment on Seed Germination of Wild Poa in Tibet Plateau

摘要: 为探究青藏高原退化草地野生牧草快速萌发的方法,给青藏高原植被恢复提供科学依据。本试验以青藏高原不同海拔梯度的野生早熟禾(Poa)种子为研究对象,观察其在不同预处理(25℃温水浸种、0.1% H2O2、0.1% KMnO4和0.1% KNO3)方式下的萌发特性。结果表明:不同海拔野生早熟禾种子的萌发对不同预处理方式的响应是不同的。25℃温水浸种能不同程度提高海拔4234 m和4848 m野生早熟禾种子的萌发率、发芽指数和发芽速率,且浸种20 h 的发芽率最高;药剂预处理中KMnO4能显著提高海拔4654 m和种子的萌发率,KNO3提高海拔4848 m种子的萌发率、发芽指数和发芽速率。综上可知,温水浸种能提前野生早熟禾种子初始萌发时间,提高种子发芽率和整齐度,浸种20 h 效果较佳;KMnO4溶液浸种能缩短一定海拔种子的出苗时间,提高发芽率。

Abstract: To explore the rapid germination methods of wild forage in degraded grassland, and provide a scientific basis for vegetation restoration in Tibet Plateau, the seeds of wildPoa at different altitudes were used as materials, the germination characteristics were observed with different pretreatments (soaked with 25℃ warm water, 0.1% H2O2, 0.1% KMnO4, 0.1% KNO3). The results showed that the responses of seed germination of wildPoa at different altitudes to different pretreatments were different. Soaked with 25℃ warm water, the germination rate, germination index and germination speed of wildPoa seeds at 4234 m and 4848 m could be improved obviously, and the germination rate was the highest when the seeds were soaked for 20 h. Soaked with 0.1% KMnO4 could improve the germination rate of wild Poa seeds at 4654 m markedly, and it also enhanced the germination rate, germination index and germination speed of wild Poa seeds at 4848 m. In conclusion, soaked with warm water could improve the initial germination time of wildPoa seeds, increase the germination rate and uniformity. The effect of seeds soaked for 20 h was the best. Soaked with KMnO4 could shorten seedling emergence time and improve the germination rate at certain altitudes.
