毛细管电泳技术检测有机杂环类除草剂方法的研究

Detection Methods of Organic Heterocyclic Herbicides by Capillary Electrophoresis Technology

摘要: 毛细管电泳技术(CE),经过几十年的不断发展与改进,已经在农药残留领域被广泛应用,但是有关有机杂环类除草剂的毛细管电泳检测未见报道,其检测的方法技术体系有待研究。为此,通过筛选和优化CE技术的相关检测参数,建立了五种有机杂环类除草剂(西玛津、氰草津、西草净、扑草净、特丁津)的毛细管电泳检测方法(以10 mmol/L硼砂做为运行缓冲液,其PH为9.5;以30 mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠,7.5%甲醇溶液为最佳分离介质;运行条件的设置为:进样压力为0.5 psi,进样时间为5s,分离电压为15 KV,毛细管柱温为:25 ℃,检测波长为221 nm),最终可以实现一次性对五种有机类杂环类除草剂进行高效、快速和准确的检测。

Abstract: Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been widely used in the field of pesticide residues after several decades of continuous development and improvement. However, capillary electrophoresis detection of organic heterocyclic herbicides has not yet been studied. In this paper, CE determination methods of five organic heterocyclic herbicides (Simazine, Cyanazine, Simetryn, Prometryn and Terbutylazine) were established by screening CE detection parameters, 10 mmol/L borax was used as the running buffer, pH 9.5, 30 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate and 7.5% methanol solution were used as the best separation medium; other conditions were injection pressure of 0.5 psi, injection time of 5 s, separation voltage of 15 kV, capillary column temperature of 25℃, detection wavelength of 221 nm. The efficient, fast and accurate detection of five kinds of organic heterocyclic herbicides could be achieved in one-time.
