微生物发酵床养猪垫料配制辣椒育苗基质的研究

Chili Seedling Substrates with Pig-breeding Litters from a Microbial Fermentation Bed

摘要: 为了筛选辣椒的最适育苗基质配方,选取椰糠、棉籽壳、麸皮及草炭分别与发酵床养猪垫料混合配制育苗基质,通过提取基质浸提液,检测其对辣椒种子萌发情况,筛选适宜原料;并通过穴盘育苗检测确定适宜的基质配方。结果表明:最为适宜的原料为椰糠,辣椒种子发芽率均在85%以上,且略优于草炭对照(P<0.05)。最适宜的基质配方为垫料:椰糠=3:7(体积比),辣椒种苗出苗率达95.33%,成苗率达88.46%,与草炭对照差异不显著(P>0.05);苗高、茎粗、根长、叶片数、整株鲜重、地上部分鲜重、地下部分鲜重均显著优于草炭基质和其他处理组(P<0.05)。

Abstract: The paper aims to screen the best formula of the chili seedling substrates. The chili seedling substrates were prepared by mixing the pig-breeding litters from a microbial fermentation bed with coconut coirs, cottonseed hulls, wheat brans, and peats, respectively; subsequently, the water extracts of these substrates were separately detected their effects on chili seed germination and seedling growth to screen the suitable raw materials; finally, the plug-seedling tests were performed to determine the best formula of the chili seedling substrates. The results indicated that: the best raw material was coconut coir and its germination rate could reach up to 85%, and slightly better than contrast (P<0.05); the best substrate formula was litter: coconut coir=3:7 (V/V); the emergence rate and survivor rate could reach up to 95.33% and 88.46%, moreover, the seedling height, root length, leaf number, the stem diameter, fresh weight of whole plant/underground par/ aboveground part were all significantly higher than controls and other treatment groups (P<0.05).
