四川省马铃薯晚疫病研究进展

Potato Late Blight in Sichuan: Research Progress

摘要: 马铃薯晚疫病是由致病疫霉菌Phytophtora infestans引起的毁灭性的真菌病害。四川省是我国马铃薯重要产区之一,也是马铃薯晚疫病重灾区。通过综述近年来四川省马铃薯晚疫病的发病特点、马铃薯晚疫病菌群体遗传特征、马铃薯抗病品种选育和马铃薯晚疫病监测预警防治方法等方面的研究,提出四川省应加快适应性马铃薯抗病品种筛选;同时对基于大数据分析的监测预警技术进行深入研发和有效推广运用,将是今后研究的热点和防治该病害的重要手段。

Abstract: The potato late blight, caused by Phytophtora infestans, has become the disastrous disease of potato. Sichuan province is one of the major potato production areas in China, and it is also a major disaster area for potato late blight. This paper summarizes occurrence characteristics, pathogens, surveillance Techniques and prevention methods of potato late blight in Sichuan province. It points out that the change of P.infestans population and the results of suitable potato varieties for different ecological regions. It is necessary to strengthen the research on disease resistant varieties and monitoring and early-warning technology based on big data analysis, which will be the focus of future research and major measures of control preparation.
