羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥对草莓生长和果实品质的影响

Effect of Biodegradable Amino Acid Fertilizer from Feather on Growth and Fruit Quality of Strawberry

摘要: 为明确羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥在草莓栽培上的应用效果,采用生物降解氨基酸肥和商品氨基酸肥进行盆栽草莓追肥试验,研究了不同浓度生物降解氨基酸肥和商品氨基酸肥对不同时期草莓的营养生长、叶绿素含量以及对果实品质的影响,结果表明,羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥(游离氨基酸含量0.364g?L-1)在低温时显著促进草莓株高和叶面积提高,并且在适宜的温度下,该处理能够提升草莓叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)。而所有增施氨基酸肥的处理均能够提高草莓果实品质,施加羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥(游离氨基酸含量0.364g?L-1)的草莓可溶性糖、糖酸比和VC含量显著高于其他处理。羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥作为新型生物肥料具有应用潜力。

Abstract: To study the application effect of biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feather on strawberry cultivation, pot experiments using biodegradable amino acid fertilizer and commodity amino acid fertilizer as topdressing fertilizer were carried out. Influence of different concentration of biodegradable amino acid fertilizer and commodity amino acid fertilizer on strawberry vegetative growth, chlorophyll content and fruit quality at different periods were analyzed. The results showed that the biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feather with free amino acid content of 0.364 g?L-1 significantly improve strawberry plant height and leaf area at low temperature. In the appropriate temperature, the treatment can improve strawberries chlorophyll relative content (SPAD). All treatments using amino acid fertilizer can improve the quality of strawberry fruit, however, the soluble sugar, sugar acid ratio and VC content of strawberries watering biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feathers with free amino acid content of 0.364 g?L-1 were significantly higher than other treatments. Biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feather has application potential as a new kind of biological fertilizer.
