不同插值方法对精细化预报产品在青岛地区的检验比较

Different Interpolation Methods: Comparison for Refined Forecast Products in Qingdao Area

摘要:

青岛地区农业产业园位置分散在内陆、沿海和山地等多种地形区域,气温差异大,为提高现代农业精细化服务水平,笔者基于国家气象中心下发的全国区域5 km格点气象要素预报产品,采用最近邻域、双线性插值、反距离权重3种插值方法对气温预报产品在青岛地区的适用性进行对比检验。结果表明:内陆地区双线性插值法准确率最高,且平均绝对误差和均方根误差最小。沿海地区采用最近邻域法和反距离权重法均有较好的效果。对于山地,综合考虑准确率、平均绝对误差和均方根误差,较适用反距离权重插值方法。最高气温预报准确率内陆地区高于沿海和山地地区,且在8—10月为准确率最高时期,3—6月准确率相对较低;最低气温则在沿海地区准确率最高,且夏季的准确率明显高于冬季,其在7月准确率最高而1月准确率最低。研究结果为下一步将预报产品插值生成分辨率更细、准确率更高的精细化气象服务产品奠定基础。

Abstract:

The agricultural industrial parks in Qingdao are distributed in various terrain areas such as inland, coastal and mountainous areas with large temperature differences. In order to improve the level of refined weather service for modern agriculture, we compared and tested the applicability of temperature prediction products in Qingdao by the methods of the nearest neighbor interpolation, bilinear interpolation and inverse distance weight interpolation, based on the meteorological elements prediction products of 5 km grid in the national region issued by the national meteorological center. The results show that: in inland areas, the bilinear interpolation has the highest accuracy and the minimum mean absolute error and root mean square error; the nearest neighbor interpolation and the inverse distance weighted method are both effective in coastal areas; for mountainous area, the inverse distance weighted interpolation method is more suitable considering the accuracy, mean absolute error and root mean square error; the accuracy of the maximum temperature prediction in inland areas is higher than that in coastal and mountainous areas, and the accuracy is the highest from August to October, while relatively low from March to June; but the accuracy of the minimum temperature prediction is the highest in coastal area, and it is higher in summer than that in winter, with the highest accuracy in July and the lowest accuracy in January. The results can provide a basis for producing refined weather service products with fine resolution and high accuracy.
