48%异噁唑草酮·精异丙甲草胺可分散油悬浮剂防治玉米田一年生杂草效果与安全性评价

Isoxaflutole·S-metolachlor 48% OD Against Annual Weeds in Maize Field: Control Effect and Safety Evaluation

摘要:

为评价48%异噁唑草酮·精异丙甲草胺可分散油悬浮剂对玉米田一年生杂草的防治效果及安全性,本研究采用随机区组试验设计方法进行田间药效试验。结果表明,48%异噁唑草酮·精异丙甲草胺可分散油悬浮剂对玉米田主要杂草马唐、牛筋草、马齿苋、反枝苋均有较好的防除效果。在有效成分用量为576、720、1152 g a.i./hm2时,药后40天对玉米田一年生杂草的鲜重防效为91.5%、94.9%、99.1%,均在90%以上,玉米增产率分别为16.2%、19.0%、21.2%。因此,48%异噁唑草酮·精异丙甲草胺可分散油悬浮剂在玉米田采用土壤喷雾的方式,在试验剂量下对玉米安全,除草效果良好,具有较好的增产作用。推荐剂量为有效成分用量576~720 g a.i./hm2

Abstract:

The purpose is to evaluate the control effect of isoxaflutole·S-metolachlor 48% OD against annual weeds in maize field and its safety. Field experiments were carried out with randomized-block design. The results showed that isoxaflutole·S-metolachlor 48% OD had excellent control effect on Digitaria sanguinalis, Eleusine indica, Porbulaea oleracea and Amaranthus refroflexus in maize field. 40 days after the treatment, the fresh weight of annual weeds reduced by 91.5%, 94.9% and 99.1% under 576, 720 and 1152 g a.i./hm2, respectively, which were all above 90%. The maize yield increased by 16.2%, 19.0% and 21.2%, respectively. Thus, isoxaflutole·S-metolachlor 48% OD can be used in maize field by soil spraying. It is safe for maize and has good effects on annual weeds’ control and yield increase. The recommended dose is 576-720 g a.i./hm2.
