饲粮中添加灵芝粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及粪便NH3和H2S释放量的影响

Adding Lucid Ganoderma: Effect on Performance, Egg Quality, and NH3 and H2S Released from Feces of Laying Hens

摘要:

本试验旨在研究灵芝粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及粪便NH3和H2S释放量的影响。试验选择300只35周龄体重和生产性能接近的健康地方蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂添加0.3%、0.6%灵芝粉的基础日粮,试验周期为8周。结果表明:(1)0.3%试验组和0.6%试验组的产蛋率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)、料蛋比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)0.6%试验组的哈氏单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而与0.3%试验组差异不显著(P>0.05),0.3%试验组和0.6%试验组的蛋壳相对重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.6%试验组的蛋壳厚度显著高于对照组和0.3%试验组(P<0.05)。(3)0.3%试验组和0.6%试验组粪便NH3释放量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),分别降低23.69%和26.50%;0.6%试验组粪便的H2S释放量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),降低27.51%。饲粮中添加灵芝粉可以显著提高蛋鸡生产性能,降低料蛋比,改善鸡蛋蛋品质,降低粪便NH3和H2S释放量。

Abstract:

This article aims to study the effect of lucid Ganoderma on the performance, egg quality, and NH3 and H2S released from feces of laying hens. Three hundred 35-week-old laying hens with good health condition and similar performance were divided into three groups randomly. There were five repetitions per group and twenty hens per repetition. The control group was fed with basic diet, and experimental groups were fed with lucid Ganoderma of a certain ratio as 0.3% and 0.6% into the basic diet. The experiment went on for 8 weeks. The results showed that: (1) the egg production rate in the 0.3% experimental group and the 0.6% experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the ratio of feed to egg was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the experimental groups (P>0.05); (2) the Haugh units in the 0.6% experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), but not significantly different from those in the 0.3% experimental group (P>0.05); the relative weight of eggshells in the 0.3% experimental group and the 0.6% experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the thickness of eggshells in the 0.6% experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the 0.3% experimental group (P<0.05); (3) the release of NH3 from feces of the 0.3% experimental group and the 0.6% experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), which respectively decreased by 23.69% and 26.50%; the release of H2S from feces of the 0.6% experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) by 27.51%. Adding Ganoderma lucidum powder into the diet can significantly enhance the production performance of laying hens, reduce the ratio of feed to egg, improve the quality of eggs, and reduce the release of NH3 and H2S from feces.
