高铁酸钾对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼和南美白对虾的急性毒性研究

Acute Toxicity of Potassium Ferrite (K2FeO4) to Channel Catfish Ictalurus punctatus Juveniles and White Shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要:

为了明确高铁酸钾对养殖动物的安全性,采用静水生物测试法研究了高铁酸钾对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼和南美白对虾的急性毒性效应并进行了安全评估。结果表明,高铁酸钾对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼和南美白对虾表现出不同的毒性作用,但均为低毒性,对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼和南美白对虾的96 h LC50值分别为95.01 mg/L和609.45 mg/L。对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼的毒性主要表现在鱼体接触染毒物质后的24 h内,而南美白对虾的累积死亡率则与暴露时间呈正比。研究结果将对斑点叉尾鮰和南美白对虾养殖过程中的高铁酸钾使用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

To confirm the safety of K2FeO4 to aquaculture organisms, the acute toxic effects of K2FeO4 to channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus juveniles and white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were evaluated with static bioassays. The results showed that the toxicities of K2FeO4 to channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus juveniles and white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were different, but the toxicities were both low, with 96 h LC50 values of 95.01 mg/L and 609.45 mg/L, respectively. The toxic effect to I.punctatus juveniles occurred in 24 hours after contacting the toxic substance, while the cumulative death rate of L.vannamei was proportional to exposure time. The present study will be helpful for the application of K2FeO4 in the culture of channel catfish and white shrimp.
