北苍术根系形态及生理特性对水分调控的响应

摘要:

为探讨水分对北苍术幼苗的根系生长及生理特性的影响,对2年生北苍术进行水分调控。结果表明,土壤相对含水量为60%时北苍术的根长、根表面积、根直径和根体积显著提高,土壤含水量低于60%时,比根长和比表面积增大。根系活力随土壤含水量的降低先上升后下降。丙二醛含量随土壤含水量的降低先降低后升高。渗透调节物质脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量在各取样期均表现为土壤含水量为50%和60%时有较高的积累,过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性各处理均呈先上升后下降的趋势。在北苍术苗期水分管理时,土壤含水量为50%~60%有利于促进北苍术根系生长、提升其水分的适应能力。

Abstract:

To investigate the effect of moisture on root growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings of Atractylodes chinensis, moisture regulation was carried out on 2-year-old A. chinensis. The results showed that root length, root surface area, root diameter and root volume of A. chinensis increased significantly when the relative soil moisture content was 60%, and the specific root length and specific surface area increased when the soil moisture content was lower than 60%. Root vigor increased and then decreased with the decrease of soil water content. Malondialdehyde content decreased and then increased with decreasing soil water content. The osmoregulatory substances proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein content showed higher accumulation at 50% and 60% of soil water content in each sampling period, and the peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing in each treatment. Its soil water content of 50%-60% at the time of water management during the seedling stage of A. chinensis is conducive to promoting the root growth of A. chinensis and enhancing its water adaptation ability.
