摘要: 系统综述了植物雄性不育的影响因素,包括遗传基因,花粉发育各个时期的基因突变均有可能导致雄性不育;物质代谢相关酶类,特别是活性氧清除酶,如过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶等;激素类包括生长素、赤霉素、细胞分裂素、脱落酸和乙烯等;矿质元素、可溶性糖、蛋白质的含量;外界环境因素包括温度、光照条件等。对植物雄性不育影响因素的归纳总结,为雄性不育研究的深入开展提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The influence factors of plant male sterility were system reviewed in this paper, including genetics, pollen development in various periods mutations were likely to cause male sterility; the metabolism related enzymes, especially the active oxygen scavenging enzymes, such as peroxidase, catalase and cytochrome oxidase, etc; the hormones include auxin, gibberellin, cytokinin, abscisic acid and ethylene, etc; the content of mineral elements, soluble sugar and protein; the external environment factors, such as temperature, illumination condition, etc. Influencing factors on plant male sterility were summarized for providing a theoretical basis for male sterility depth study.
