不同基质配比对南美蟛蜞菊扦插育苗的影响

Effect of Different Substrates on Cutting Propagation of Wedelia trilobata Hitchc

摘要: 以南美蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata Hitchc)为植物材料,研究5种不同基质配比对其扦插效果的影响。结果表明:泥炭土与珍珠岩按1:1混合,南美蟛蜞菊插穗的成活率最高,且插穗地上部分生长较快。泥炭土、珍珠岩、细沙按1:1:1混合有利于南美蟛蜞菊地下部分的生长。泥炭土、田园土按1:1混合,南美蟛蜞菊扦插效果最差。隶属函数分析表明,泥炭土与珍珠岩按1:1混合,南美蟛蜞菊扦插的综合效果最好。

Abstract: In order to improve the survival rate of Wedelia trilobata Hitchc in cutting propagation .The effect of five different substrates for cutting propagation on Wedelia trilobata Hitchc was studied in this paper. The results showed that the survival rate of Wedelia trilobata was highest and the aerial parts grew faster in the substrate with peat: pearlite (1:1, v/v). The substrate with peat: pearlite: sand (1:1:1, v/v/v) improved the growth of root. The substrate with peat: garden soil (1:1, v/v) was the worst for cutting propagation in five substrates. According to the analysis of subjection function, substrate with peat: pearlite (1:1, v/v) had the best comprehensive effect on the growth of cuttage of Wedelia trilobata Hitchc
