利用香蕉菠萝废弃茎叶制备颗粒有机肥的粘结剂应用研究

Study on Binder for Making Granular Organic Fertilizer from Stems and Leaves of Banana and Pineapple

摘要: 为了探寻有机粘结剂在商品有机肥造粒上的应用优化,为颗粒有机肥规模化生产提供参考,以香蕉、菠萝茎叶堆肥为原料,采用3种有机粘结剂进行造粒试验。结果表明,3种有机粘结剂在添加量适宜的情况下,都能将香蕉、菠萝茎叶有机肥粉料团成颗粒,其中,酵母废水浓缩液、玉米淀粉和聚乙烯醇的浓度分别为70%、6%和2%时,造粒效果最好,成粒率可大于97%,返料率低于7.93%。通过颗粒性能的分析比较,3种有机粘结剂中以2%的聚乙烯醇最适宜,其所造有机肥肥颗粒粒径分布均匀、抗压强度达7.4N、吸水倍率达到2.97、平衡水含量也达到76.98%。6%玉米淀粉和2%聚乙烯醇粘结剂所造颗粒崩解率低,可作为缓释肥材料进一步开发利用。

Abstract: In order to explore the application of organic binder in commercial organic fertilizer granulation and to provide a reference for the large-scale production of organic fertilizer, taken the composts of stems and leaves of banana and pineapple as raw materials, the granulation experiments were carried out by using three kinds of organic binders. Results showed that the three kinds of organic binders in appropriate concentrations could be used to make the organic fertilizer powders of stems and leaves of banana and pineapple to be granulated. With the concentrations of concentrated yeast wastewater, corn starch and polyvinyl alcohol as 70%, 6% and 2% respectively, the granulation effects were the best, the granulation rate was greater than 97%, and the return rate was lower than 7.93%. According to the analysis of the particle properties, 2% PVA was the most suitable for the granulation in the three kinds of organic binders, its particle size distribution was uniform, the compressive strength was 7.4 N, the water absorption rate was 2.97, and the equilibrium water content was 76.98%. The particle produced by 6% corn starch and 2% polyvinyl alcohol binder had lower disintegration rate, which could be used for further development of the slow release fertilizer.
