Breeding and Application of Rapeseed Germplasm Resources of Nature Hat Dwarf Compact Type

摘要: 为选育矮杆紧凑型油菜资源,本研究通过对亲本3H004(母本)和7399-8(父本)的杂交后代F1进行小孢子培养,获得DH分离群体。以植株高度、分枝特征、主花序长度、总角果数、生育期和含油量等主要性状对DH分离群体进行多年多点田间表型特征鉴定,选育出了主花序自然封顶、有限结角、花期短、角果层集中、矮杆紧凑型油菜资源‘DH09-3048’;在杂交组合配制中,用亲本‘DH09-3048’所配的组合表现出丰产抗倒、矮杆紧凑、适于机械化收获的特征,有较强的应用潜力;同时也为育种同行提供基础资源。

Abstract: To breed rapeseed resources of dwarf and compact type, the microspore culture of filial generation F1 from cross of‘3H004’(female parent) and‘7399-8’(male parent) was carried out and DH separation group was obtained. Phenotypic characteristics of the DH separation group were authenticated by plant height, branch characteristics, length of main inflorescence, the total number of pod, growth period and the oil content in many sites and many years, rapeseed resource‘DH09-3048’was bred, which had natural caps and limited pods of main inflorescence, short flowering phase, focused pod layer, dwarf and compact type of plant. In the test of hybrid combinations, the combinations matched by‘DH09-3048’showed the characteristics of high yield, compact type and lodging resistance and suitable for mechanized harvesting, which had strong application potential.
