“企业+农户”模式在民间工艺产业化中的应用研究——以绥化草编专业村为例

摘要：

民间工艺从商品属性角度可以分成“实用的”民间工艺（如草编）和“不实用的”两类，“企业+农户”模式可以解决“实用的”民间工艺产业化发展中大规模生产的效率低下和营销渠道不畅问题。通过建立重复博弈模型分析“企业+农户”模式可知：如果生产者组成某种联盟（如合作社）；或其产品能够给企业带来更大收益；或选择信誉较好抑或以此为主营业务的企业作为合作伙伴时，企业的履约率会提高。通过实证分析绥化草编专业村目前存在的家庭小作坊、企业和“企业+农户”三种主要草编工艺生产组织模式后可以得出：“企业+农户”模式是效率最高且风险最小的生产组织模式，并从完善组织模式、政府对企业的扶植、行业声誉维护及品牌建设方面对其发展提出建议。

Abstract:

There are divided into two kinds :practical and impractical in Folk Arts and Crafts. “Enterprise+Farmer” mode can solve problems of inefficiencies in mass production and poor marketing channels in the industrial development of practical folk arts and crafts.(such as straw products.)This article drew a conclusion by establishing repeating game models that if producers compose production alliance,(such as Cooperative) ,or their productions bring more benefits to enterprises, or they choose better reputation and larger scale enterprises as cooperative partners, enterprise compliance rate will increase. Base on the above-mentioned conclusions ,it analyzes Suihua“Enterprise+Farmer”modes and put forward some suggestions from perfecting the organization mode,supporting from thegovernment to enterprise, industry reputation maintenance and brand building,etc.
