景天属五种景观地被植物抗旱能力的综合评价

摘要:

为了综合评价城市园林建设中常用的五种景天属植物——八宝景天、胭脂红景天、德国景天、松塔景天和四季青景天的抗旱能力强弱,本研究采用人工模拟不同土壤水分胁迫条件,分别测定了五种景天植物在胁迫条件下的生长发育、光合生理、水分生理和保护酶活性等与抗旱密切相关的指标,并采用隶属函数法对测定结果进行了综合分析。结果显示:5种景天属地被植物的综合抗旱能力强弱依次为:八宝景天>胭脂红景天>四季青景天>德国景天>松塔景天。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the drought-resistance of the five species of sedum (Sedum spectabile Borea, S. hybridum, Sedum spurium cv. coccineum, S. nicaeense, Sedum sp.), which is commonly-used in urban landscape greening project. By the method of artificial simulation, the drought resistance of 5 Sedum under drought stress was evaluated with subordinate function, and the physiological and biochemical indexes such as growing development indexes, photosynthetic physiology, water physiological properties, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were measured. The results indicated that the order of drought resistance was: Sedum spectabile Borea>Sedum spurium cv.coccineum> Sedum sp.>S. hybridum >S. nicaeense.
