不同茶树资源春梢生化成分比较研究

Biochemical Components in the Shoots of Tea Materials

摘要:

试验以四川茶区33个地方茶资源和19个引进茶树品种作为供试材料,取其春梢1芽2叶蒸青固样,进行水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、儿茶素总量、酯型儿茶素总量、简单儿茶素总量等生化成分分析,以期为四川茶区名优绿茶的发展、优质茶树资源的筛选提供一定的参考依据。结果表明,供试的52个茶树资源均具有高水浸出物(>45%)特性;‘天府28号’具有高氨基酸(>4%)特性;N-2、N-4、N-5具有高表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(>10%)特性。

Abstract:

Biochemical components including water extracts, polyphends, amino acids, caffeine and catechins in the one bud and two leaves of 52 tea materials which coming from Sichuan and other provinces in spring shoots were analyzed. The results showed that all of the materials had the character of high content of water extracts(>45%); ‘Tianfu28’ had the character of high content of amino acids(>4%); N-2, N-4 and N-5 had the character of high content of epigallate catechin gallate(>10%).
