摘要:

以蜂蜜水、蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖为食料,通过解剖和观察,研究了它们对毛缺沟姬蜂卵巢发育和性比的影响,以探明这些食料在提高该蜂生殖潜能中的作用。结果表明,与对照相比(取食蒸馏水),蜂蜜水、蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖能促进毛缺沟姬蜂雌蜂卵巢发育,可使其卵巢管中较高的成熟卵量维持较长时间,并且四种食料可大大提高该蜂后代雌蜂比例。可见这四种食料都可作为大量繁殖毛缺沟姬蜂的食料。

Abstract:

In order to explore the role of food in improving reproductive potentiality, ovarian development and sex ratio were researched by anatomy and observation in the female adults of Lissonota setosa feeding on five diets which include water solutions of honey, sucrose, glucose, fructose and mannose. The results showed that, honey, sucrose, glucose and fructose can accelerate ovarian development, and maintain mature eggs at a higher level. Moreover these four diets can greatly increase the percentage of female. That means that these four diets can be used as food for mass-production of Lissonota setosa.
