植物生长调节剂对罗勒种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘要:

此实验研究不同浓度NAA、GA3、IBA和6-BA对罗勒种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,用不同浓度的NAA、GA3、IBA和6-BA浸种24 h,通过浸种后种子发芽率的高低以及幼苗各项指标的不同来研究植物生长调节剂浸种对罗勒种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明100 mg/L的GA3浸种后种子发芽率提高26.6%,总叶绿素含量增加30%,过氧化物酶活力增加70%;25 mg/L的IBA浸种后种子发芽率提高26.6%,总叶绿素含量增加25%,过氧化物酶活力增加60%,各项指标与对照相比均明显增加,因此,100 mg/L的GA3和25 mg/L的IBA浸种能够促进罗勒种子发芽和幼苗生长,建议在生产上使用。

Abstract:

To study different concentrations of NAA, GA3, IBA and 6-BA influence on basil seed germination and seedling growth, With different concentrations of NAA, GA3, IBA, and 6-BA pretreatment 24 h, after soaking the seed germination rate and the seedlings of different indicators to study plant growth regulators soaking basil seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that after 100 mg/L GA3 soaking, the seed germination rate increased by 26.6%, total chlorophyll content increased 30%, specific activity of peroxidase increased 70%. After 25 mg/L IBA soaking, the seed germination rate increased 26.6%, total chlorophyll content increased 25%, specific activity of peroxidase increased 60%. Each indicator increased significantly compared with the control. So we could get the conclusion that 100 mg/L GA3 and 25 mg/L IBA soaking could do great help to basil’s seed germination and seedling growth, which could be used in bulk production.
