福建武平典型烤烟产区烟叶品质特征分析

摘要：

为阐明福建武平烟区烤烟的内在质量特征、改善和稳定其烟叶质量风格特色和提高烟叶的工业可用性，以福建武平典型烤烟产区‘云烟87’主栽品种C3F初烤烟叶为试验材料，分析研究该烟区烟叶理化特征及感官评吸质量。结果表明：武平烟叶开片度和叶片厚度存在极显著差异，有8个乡镇中部烟叶的开片度已接近或达到40%的优质烟叶标准；武平县各乡镇中部烟叶总氮、钾和氯含量及钾氯比、氮碱比存在极显著差异；极高的钾含量、偏低的氯含量和适宜的烟碱含量是武平烟区烟叶最显著的特征。不同质地和pH土壤种植的烟叶香气质、杂气和余味3个感官评吸质量指标存在显著差异。

Abstract:

In order to illustrate the internal quality’s characteristics of tobacco in Wuping, improve and stable the Tobacco’s quality and style’s characteristics, improve the tobacco’s industrial usability. In this paper, the physicochemical properties and panel test quality of the ‘Yunyan87’ tobacco leaves in Wuping of Fujian province has been studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in the opening leaf degree and thickness of Wu Ping’s tobacco leaf, and eight areas of Wuping on the opening leaf degree were approaching 40% or more than it which was national standard. The nitrogen, potassium and chlorine content and ratio of potassium chloride and of nitrogen to nicotine existed significant difference in middle leaves of Wuping. The height potassium, low chloride and appropriate nicotine level in tobacco leaves of Wuping was the most significant features. The fragrant quality, odor and aftertaste of tobacco leaves with different soil texture and pH displayed significant difference.
