长叶胡颓子扦插繁殖研究

摘要:

从扦插基质、激素处理、插穗粗度和水浸处理等方面研究长叶胡颓子的扦插繁殖方法。统计分析不同处理对胡颓子扦插生根率、平均根数和根长的影响。结果表明:以腐叶土为基质其平均生根率、平均根数和根长最高,分别为77.3%、3.8条和4.1 cm;对于激素处理,ABT7号150 mg/L处理最佳,其生根率、平均根数和根长分别为78.1%、3.9条和3.7 cm;从插穗粗度来看,5~6 mm粗插穗扦插效果较好;而从水浸处理来看,以水浸3~5天为好。得出结论:长叶胡颓子扦插育苗以腐叶土为基质,使用粗度为5~6 mm的一年生枝为插穗,用150 mg/L的ABT7号浸泡4 h为好,用水浸处理促生根,以浸泡3~5天效果为好。

Abstract:

Different kinds of phytohormones, phytohormone concentrations, different substrates, thickness of scion s and water-soaking treatment were used to study the best cutting effect of E. bockii. Diels. The effects of different treatments on the rooting rate, rooting number and root length were evaluated by statistical analysis. The results showed that the best effect on E. bockii. Diels cutting was from the leaf mould, the rooting rate, rooting number and root length were 77.3%, 3.8 and 4.1 cm. For the hormone treatments, the best effects was obtained by treating with IBA 150 mg/L. the rooting rate, rooting number and root length were 78.1%, 3.9 and 3.7 cm. But for the cutting diameter, the cutting diameter with 5-6 mm was the effective way. The best combination was follows: diameter 5-6 mm cutting treated for 4 hours with ABT7 150 mg/L and planted in the cutting medium of leaf mould. The water-soaking treatment for 3-5 days had the best effect for rooting.
