摘要:

差异蛋白质组学是蛋白质组学的研究策略之一。本文简介了差异蛋白质组学应用于食用菌的主要技术方法,并概述了到目前为止,国内外在食用菌中应用差异蛋白质组学研究的内容及进展。同时指出差异蛋白质组学将是食用菌未来研究的强有力手段之一。

Abstract:

Differential proteomics is one of the strategies in proteomics research. This article introduced the main technologies and methods of researching differential proteomics in edible fungi, and outlined the advance of domestic and international researching differential proteomics in edible fungi. It was pointed out that differential proteomics was one powerful tool for future research in edible fungi.
