一株具有泄漏石油吸附能力真菌的鉴定及其吸附特性研究

Identification of Fungi with Oil Adsorption Activity and Study on its’ Adsorption Characteristic

摘要:

本研究通过试验,对1株具有碳氢化和物吸附能力的菌株进行菌种鉴定和生物学特性、吸附特性进行研究。对分离自麻风树果实腐烂病病灶中的分离物进行形态学观察、回接试验、碳氢化合物吸附试验,回收试验。结果表明,分离物的分生孢子阶段为半知菌亚门真菌,色二孢属的一种(Diplodia sp.),以该菌株菌丝为吸附材料进行的吸附试验结果显示,其菌丝对泄漏石油具有良好的吸附作用,平均吸附比可达1:6,吸附效果与毛发相当。吸附后的油相组分可经由淋油和100 g离心完全回收。显微摄影照片显示,该菌株较为粗壮,并疑似具有孔径结构,其菌丝的吸附形式为表面吸附和膨胀吸附。该菌株具有较好的泄漏石油吸附能力,并具有一定程度的石油分解能力。

Abstract:

In this paper, biological characteristics, carbureted hydrogen adsorption properties of a fungal strain were studied. Morphological observation, pathogenicity tests, and oil adsorption tests were used for identification and adsorption property confirmation. The results showed that the pathogen was identified as Deuteromycotina Diplodia sp. The hyphas of this strain had a favourable activity with the average adsorption ratio of 1:6. Oil phase material which was absorbed could be recovered by 100 g centrifuge. The way of the fungi work were both surface adsorption and expansion adsorption. This strain displayed an oil adsorption activity, meanwhile it had an oil resolve ability to a certain degree.
