Abstract:

So the rural elderly may have more serious problems result from "Empty Nest". The article analyzed actual data from old-age security system gap between urban and rural areas, Further studied of the rural "Empty-nest Family" pension problem characteristics and the reasons. And proposed to promote rural economic development and building a new rural pension system, improve migrant workers protection measures etc, and with a view that it would be helpful to the solution of the rural "Empty-nest Family" pension security.
